In fact it’s a mix of classic brasserie and modern industrial styling, with leather banquettes and huge tables, exposed pipework and ceilings with hanging single-bulb lights, bare bricks and lots and lots of lovely reclaimed oak. 120mm wide unfinished solid oak planks were chosen for the floors, with the same wood in ?a 180mm plank for selected vertical areas.
