Automated updates via OpenShift Update Service reduced manual work, cutting staff needs and freeing resources for strategic projects. TIM also adopted Ceph-based storage for improved resilience and is exploring advanced features like OpenShift Service Mesh and Red Hat Quay to further evolve its microservices architecture and as-a-Service model.
