Sacramento Self-Help Housing (SSHH) is a nonprofit helping over 28,000 individuals annually find stable housing through services like transitional housing, counseling, and financial education. To support its mission, SSHH partnered with AT&T, equipping staff and residents with mobile devices and reliable connectivity. This enabled job searches, resume building, and remote collaboration—especially critical during COVID-19. AT&T’s responsive support also helped SSHH save thousands monthly, allowing more funds to aid the unhoused. With plans to expand across Northern California and into university housing, SSHH continues working toward its ultimate goal: ending homelessness.
