The Original Pipes Caused Problems for this Skyscraper
Mechanical pipe systems may inherit failures as a result of original assembly. For example, the Waterclub luxurious commercial and residential property in Toronto, Ontario, was built in 2004 with galvanized and glycol pipes. The glycol ate through the galvanized pipes, causing pinhole leaks and noticeable failures throughout the building. Nu Flow technicians used Nu Line to coat and protect the pipe line in-situ, preventing the need to disrupt businesses or damage the building’s structure.
