The challenge • An intruder alarm was required for the property which comprised of two floors • 24hr monitoring was required for the intruder alarm due to insurance requirements • Fire alarm 24hr monitoring was also required by both the client and local authorities due to the historic nature of the building • Additional smoke detectors were required during the 2nd phase of construction works Our solution Ryder Security Systems installed an intruder alarm and smoke detection devices which provided the required protection over both floors. Additional alarm keypads were also installed so the client can arm different parts of the system ( usually at night) whilst still in the apartment.
