As part of the structural Renovation and fit-out works for the grade II listed property WBS Provided the mechanical installation for the unique 70 room boutique Hotel. This luxury hotel is the first of the Indian hotel chain in Europe. With that in mind, WBS supplied a quality installation as per the Lalit Brand identity. Our Works consisted of LTHW heating, Air Conditioning, Sanitation & drainage, Gas Supply, BMS, Ventilation, Hot & Cold Water Systems, Supply and Extract, Solar Panels, Sprinkler System and Fire & Smoke dampers install.
