Chandler Unified School District (CUSD) used Intel® System Usage Report (SUR) to evaluate the performance of 3,000 Intel® Core™ i5 processor-based devices. By leveraging telemetry data and custom visualizations, CUSD gained insights into device usage, battery life, app performance, and system efficiency. The data confirmed the devices' effectiveness and revealed that 97% were compute-bound during peak periods. This validation led to the deployment of 10,000 more devices. Intel’s SUR enabled proactive maintenance, better decision-making, and cost-effective investments, making it a model for future tech planning in education.
