Peter Brett (PBA) | The Grand, Birmingham PBA supported the £30 million redevelopment of The Grand hotel, situated in the most prestigious address in Birmingham’s city centre. As well as preparing a Transport Statement and Travel Plan to support the project planning application, PBA reviewed servicing and access arrangements. Our alterations to street parking allowed an improved and more efficient hotel entry and drop-off point. PBA also included two-dimensional road designs, in which we assessed pedestrian, cyclist and public transport passenger movement and requirements, as well as vehicle movement analyses shared at a public exhibition.
