ADLT Lighting Project Overview TUGGERANONG FIRE & RESCUE-STATON High demands on light-distribution and architectural appearance were overcome by the use of CREE EDGE, with bi-level operation for the interior and the EDGE on CREE poles for the exterior. Bi-level operation was used for its flexibility with matching surrounding (day)light-levels, as well the various modes of operation of the site itself. CREE's Nano Optics provide, along with LED's low power-consumption optimal distribution of light and energy-savings, while the sleek "look" of the luminaires satisfied the architects. There is no light above the horizontal plane for contribution to the Dark Sky.The flexible lighting at this new fire & rescue-station will be of benefit to its operators for many years to come.
