The Southern car park is used by casual parkers, MSAC members and staff overflow. The Multi Deck car park specifically targets Tenants, MSAC members and casual parkers. SOLUTION Given the different parking conditions present at MSAC, License Plate Recognition (LPR) is used as both the control and enforcement of these conditions.
