Peter Brett (PBA) | Thames Tower, Reading PBA has enabled the redevelopment of Thames Tower without need for demolition or new foundation works. The 11-storey building, situated next to the recently refurbished Reading railway station, had been empty since 2010. PBA was appointed to provide multi-disciplinary structural engineering services to enable redevelopment, including the addition of four floors to create office space, a rooftop terrace, restaurants, café and other facilities.
