TASMAN HOUSE – CLYDEBANK Terminal Dilapidations & Refurbishment Works We acted for the Landlord in preparing and negotiating a terminal schedule of dilapidations for a 3,500 sq ft office. Through detailed negotiations a cash deal was agreed in lieu of the tenant undertaking the works. Thereafter the funds were expended on a refurbishment of the space to bring it into a good marketable condition, suitable for full repairing and i
