Mount Nittany Medical Center, a 260-bed facility in Pennsylvania, implemented iQueue for Operating Rooms to transition to a fully paperless scheduling process. The Preadmission Testing (PAT) Department, previously reliant on paper faxes for over 30 years, successfully shifted to an electronic workflow with 100% of planned procedures processed via iQueue. This transition allowed the department to reduce its physical footprint, relocate staff off-site, and repurpose prime real estate for outpatient lab services.
