SUTD faced challenges with its face-to-face onboarding modules due to their complexity and difficulty in retention. To address this, ArcLab’s Nano Learning Platform introduced gamified, bite-sized learning modules that complemented SUTD’s existing orientation portal. These pre-orientation modules familiarized new hires with essential information, enhancing their experience and enabling better engagement during in-person sessions. The platform’s user-friendly design allowed administrators to create engaging content easily, improving onboarding efficiency while fostering a seamless and enjoyable induction process.
