Sustainability Consultant - Design agency (to support business tender) Purpose In response to tender questions for an NHS contract, Delta-Simons was instructed by the design agency Distraction (formally Design by Distraction), specialists in Graphic Design, Web Development and Marketing, to calculate their business CO2eq footprint for the past three years. In this instance, the NHS requested carbon reporting from their supplier as a response to an overall target reduction in emissions for the NHS of 10% by 2015 from a 2007 baseline. The published 2010 carbon footprint of the entire NHS was 19.71 MtCO2eq - 65% of which is from their supply chain.
