Jamica Baker, HR manager at Hampton Roads Transit (HRT), chose GoSkills in 2021 to deliver the Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) program. Since then, completion rates have reached 59.2%, and 24 out of 92 participants were promoted last fiscal year. This success led to expanding Jamica's department. HRT reported increased job satisfaction and a positive outlook on training. Challenges before LEAD included lengthy sessions, static methods, and outdated content. GoSkills transformed training with self-paced, interactive, and relevant content, efficient custom training creation, and detailed reporting, overcoming these challenges.
