Suburban Residential Infill
HPC provided an initial planning appraisal to the client prior to the acquisition of the site. We subse- quently prepared planning evidence in support of a pre-application and full application submission. Harper Planning Consultants pro- vided compelling evidence that although the scheme doubled the unit numbers on the site, it would comply fully with the prevailing density of this locality and would make more efficient use of this site in a sustainable location. We successfully demonstrated that the scheme maintains adequate separation distances as required by adopted design guidelines and would not impact on the amenity of neighbouring properties.
