Anglian has completed a window and door replacement project for Stuart Tower residents association. The 16 storey tower block is situated in the desirable area of Maida Vale, London and is home to many privately owned flats and penthouse apartments. Managing agent Triton Building Restoration appointed Anglian to undertake their replacement programme which removed over 1,300 existing steel windows and replaced with equivalent PVC-u windows in 195 properties. The project ran in three phases and formed part of Triton wider internal and external renewals programme. On-site resident engagement and site management throughout ensured residents and contractors were regularly provided with relevant information and the flats remained occupied during the period of the contract.
