Storey Park | HKS Architects The Challenge To revitalize an industrial area that was the former site of a Greyhound Bus terminal to be a destination for area residents. The Design Solution HKS designers integrated the existing community through a mixed-use development that combines residential and hospitality spaces with substantial street-focused retail/restaurant components and outdoor spaces for community activities. The site includes interior-tiered courtyards separated for hotel patrons and residents. The interior courtyards are framed by a six-story bridge of amenity space and units spanning between the east and west residential towers. The Design Impact The addition of the mixed-use buildings will bring more people into the once-neglected community of about 1,000 residents. It will
