A major part of this investment was the upgrade of the Temenos core banking solution from G11 to TEME- NOS T24 R6. However, the decision was taken, due to the levels of customization made to the old version, to implement a new version of TEMENOS T24 rather than go through the technical upgrade process. This then required a full data migration solution capable of extracting data from the source environment(s), consolidate the data centrally and then progressively load the target system with core source data, client static data and then account balances
