BACKGROUND Located at Shellharbour in Wollongong, this large scale re-development included extension & refurbishment of the existing shopping centre. Stage 1 of this project comprised construction of a carpark & centre facilities & refurbishment to existing buildings. Stage 2 included construction of Kmart Auto, three-level retail area, Coles, Kmart & a roof carpark. This $215m project was completed by Multiplex for Stocklands making it the largest shopping centre in the Illawarra region.
