CASE STUDY: STAYCITY APARTHOTEL, HAYES THE BRIEF. Our client, Ballymore, is in the final throws of a £100m investment in High Point Village which is a regeneration scheme located adjacent to Hayes Station and therefore has easy access to both Paddington Station & Heathrow Airport. This huge mixed use development, which overlooks the Grand Union Canal consists of eight buildings which house a total of 525 residential apartments, a leisure suite, 6 retail units, a 140 bedroom Staycity Aparthotel and a 125-bedroom Staycity extension. Zeal Projects were appointed as Project Manager & Quantity Surveyor for the 125-bedroom Staycity extension project. The fit out cost of this 90,000 sq ft development was in the region of £7.4m.
