Client: Optical Retailer SITUATION STAR BASE Consulting, Inc. assisted a Cincinnati based retail division of an optical distributor in writing program interfaces between its JDA computer system and the JBA computer system of a recently acquired company. Traditional documentation such as Functional and Technical Specifications were written early in the project to guide computer program development.
