Our work with AC Lloyd and Stagecoach included the construction of a bus depot comprising of a workshop, chassis wash, bus wash/fuelling lane, offices, stores and ancillary accommodation, associated landscaping and parking The new depot and associated buildings are state of the art and an improvement upon their former facilities in the town. The Bus Wash Facilities can recycle 85-90% of the wash water whilst the main bus depot has been designed to ‘Building Fabric First’ principals and will reduce the client’s energy bills whilst reducing CO2 emissions — a key goal of the Stagecoach Group.
