St Paul's School Upper School Building Project Type: School LEED Rating System: Schools Certification Level: Gold The decision to pursue LEED for the St. Paul’s Upper School Building project was made early in the schematic design phase, and target goal of Silver certification was set. While moving into the construction phase, it was determined a LEED Gold certification was not only feasible, but likely. The entire team was actively involved in designing a building which is as efficient as possible, as well as reducing its impact on its surroundings, the local infrastructure, and the environment.
