St Pauls Girls School, Hammersmith Project Overview The Challenge Nicholson became involved in this project at the request of building contractor 8build to address the problem of weathering the service penetrations in three locations at roof level. These included air conditioning ductwork, electrical supply cables and other services relating to the roof mounted equipment. Some of these services had already been partly installed when Nicholson conducted an on-site survey, and the kerb upstands to the roof openings interfaced with the parapet wall requiring a weathering detail at this point.
