Case Study: St. John Brickstone In the Town of Brighton, NY, St. John’s Brickstone is a new senior neighborhood set within the existing residential community. Brickstone furthers St. John’s mission to maintain and create connection between elders and their community. St. John’s has come to understand that encouraging connection is at the heart of providing care and services to seniors. They started the journey to create true community connections for elders in 2012 with their opening of the nation’s first Community Based Green House® homes, twelve miles from their legacy campus.
