St. Helens Council has been using Symology’s Insight system for approximately 15 years. The system provides a spatially enabled solution for Pavement Management (UKPMS), Street Works, Highway Maintenance and Street Lighting activities. Symology’s Insight Mobile software is also used for all types of Inspections and for Works Ordering purposes. The extensive facilities provided within Insight’s Street Works and General Maintenance modules have provided the platform to improve the Council’s internal works noticing performance dramatically.
