Appointed by Morgan Sindall, COGNICA were engaged to co-ordinate the collation and delivery of the project hand-over documentation for the Oastler Building. COGNICA delivered the documents as an interactive electronic manual, NaviDoc, whilst also providing a formatted output that allowed the documentation to be linked to the project BIM model. Managed by a dedicated Project Manager, COGNICA was able to provide a single point of contact responsible for the progress of the project.
