South Placer Justice Center Project Overview Following the county’s rapid growth, the Board of Supervisors initiated the planning of the 110,000 sf South Placer Justice Center, including a 200 car parking lot. The Justice Center provides a range of justice and law enforcement services for county residents, including family, civil, criminal, and traffic-related hearings. This project was one of four template buildings used to develop thestate standard for all new AOC facilities. The new South Placer Justice Center includes basement holding cells and 4 intermediate holding cell pods situated between the courtrooms on levels 1 & 2.
