SOLARPARK FUQUAY FARM, USA Canadian Solar Invests and Collaborates with Strata Solar – to deliver a suite of utility-scale solar power projects located in North Carolina, USA. These projects, developed jointly, will total approximately 85 MW divided amongst 15 unique solar power installations. The first of the 15 unique projects is a 6.4 MW DC installation on Fuquay Farm located in Middle Creek, Willow Springs in Wake County, NC. Fuquay Farm creates enough renewable energy to power 750 homes and offsets 8.8 million pounds of CO2 emission per year. The portfolio of 15 solar power plant projects mainly consist of 6.0 MW utility scale solar energy farms, but also include a 1.0 MW rooftop solar system and 3.0 MW farm.
