Case Study BACKGROUND CHALLENGE Skanska’s projects involve many site photos for different reasons, including communicating progress, solving challenges between the design and existing conditions, asking for additional information, and documenting site conditions. The primary challenge is efficiently documenting all the in-slab deck conditions prior to pouring, which can be a limited window of time. The challenge lies in adequately documenting PT cables, HVAC, plumbing and electrical sleeves, rebar, studrails, etc. The result is a large number of photos without a label or located with respect to a specific area.
