Site Exploration Study And Remediation Of Failed Earthen Dam
PROJECT PROFILE Prior to initial reservoir filling, the up- stream slope of a 45-foot-high earth-fill dam in northeastern Ohio failed on the upstream embankment, resulting in a maximum six-foot-deep scarp near the crest of the dam.
