The Project Midas Construction were awarded an £11million build project to construct student accommodation in Cardiff. The three-floor development boasts 281 rooms including more than 115 self-contained studio apartments as well as a number of modern kitchens. Around 100 Midas staff are working on site over the next year. The Challenge The project is located within the city immediately adjacent to both residential and commercial buildings
