A large pharmaceutical company facing a third-party subpoena with 150GB of email data turned to Lighthouse Spectra for a cost-effective solution. Spectra enabled the client’s in-house team to manage the matter directly, with training and support from Lighthouse. Data was processed in Nuix, loaded into Relativity, and reduced through Brainspace, cutting 22% of documents. Lighthouse’s Focus Discovery team then optimized search terms, narrowing 771,825 files to about 5,000 hits, with only 250 produced. This workflow eliminated the need for outsourcing, reduced review to 0.6% of the dataset, and delivered significant cost savings with efficiency and ease.
