Together with two other high- rise buildings, including the Shanghai World Financial Cen- ter at just under 500 metres, the Tower forms an impressive ensemble in Pudong, Shanghai’s financial district. It has over 430,000 square metres of usable floor space. The main building alone has 118 floors. In addition, there are several basements and an underground garage with 2000 parking spaces.
