Secure Business Continuity for Chest, Heart & Stroke Scotland Chest, Heart & Stroke Scotland (CHSS) is one of Scotland’s leading medical charities. CHSS improves the quality of life for people in Scotland affected by chest heart and stroke illness, through medical research, influencing public policy, advice and information and support in the community. Across Scotland, more than 14,000 people benefit from the services provided by CHSS. In addition, campaigning initiatives result in greater understanding of the heath issues and how to tackle them. CHSS advice line nurses respond to around 2,500 calls and over 1,000 volunteers work on a range of initiatives to support people with chest heart and stroke illness.
