Seaspan Vancouver Shipyards Block Assembly Shop Location North Vancouver BC, Canada Size 60,000 sf wall System Reverse R-Panel Roof System MS-24 Standing Seam This 60,000 square-foot pre-engineered CBC steel building is 60’ wide x 100’ long with a 26.25’ eave height and is one of three buildings located within the Vancouver shipyards. It is 70’-0” high and is designed for 80 ton bridge cranes. It has 80’x50’ vertical lift fabric doors at both ends and one smaller fabric door on one side. Large openings in both sidewalls necessitated jack beams to carry both main frames and crane runways across three frame lines.
