Oracle schemas were designed to mirror Ingres, with C programs recompiled using Pro*C, data transfer optimized via SQL*Loader, and Uniface frontend integrated with Oracle. Unix was migrated from Suse to RedHat with updated shell scripts and CRON jobs. The new system achieved 1,000 transactions per second, enhanced security with HSM encryption, and simplified processes, delivering faster, more reliable payment handling.
