The Seager Distillery redevelopment is on a site in Deptford in the London Borough of Lewisham. It will contain 219 residential units plus 4,000 square metres of office and retail space. The design is of a landmark 82 metre tall tower with 26 floors that will be entirely residential with some rooms having floor to ceiling glazing plus a large amount of balconies.
