School for Special Needs The Future Centre for Special Needs is a new facility which provides special education and therapy- based services to young individuals with disabilities. Our design supports the centre’s goal of improving the quality of life of its 200 students by providing a safe and stimulating environment for teaching and learning. A three-storey cylindrical form, which accommodates the auditorium, library and other facilities, is the focus of the school. The numerous classrooms are complemented by associated special support rooms, an extensive management facility, a large indoor swimming pool and a multi-sports court. The building, located close to the Ermirates National School, is surrounded by lush, landscaped gardens.
