About Pickens County School District Pickens County School District is a county-wide school system serving all of Pickens County, South Carolina. Director of Technology Andy Coleman is responsible for accountability, information, and technology for all 30 locations in the district. There are about 2,500 email users spread across 30 schools and offices.
