This MFA solution supports shift changes and key operational actions securely, enabling authenticated users to access the system without interruption. It also facilitates compliance with IEC-62443 SL2 certification and prepares for SL3 requirements. Additionally, Schneider Electric strengthens supply chain security by using Yubico’s hardware security modules (YubiHSM) for dual encryption with key suppliers, ensuring product authenticity and resilience against cyber threats.
