SCADA System Evaluation and Upgrade Client: Coldwater Board of Public Utilities Location: Coldwater, Michigan Coldwater Board of Public Utilities operates and maintains the Water and Wastewater Treatment Facilities including the Water Treatment Plant, two booster pump stations, three water towers, a Wastewater Treatment Plant, and fourteen wastewater lift stations. There were existing control systems in place to aid in the operation of these facilities, however, the existing control systems throughout the facilities were not standardized and, in some cases, were past their intended (or supported) life span.
