San Bernardino National Forest PROBLEM: Severe rusting and chipping took over the Morton Peak Tower at the San Bernardino National Forest. After years of little maintenance, the tower leader decided it was time for a fresh coat of paint. Located in Southern California, a coating was needed that would comply with local Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) regulations and still have durable qualities.
