The customer The challenge The solution SA Power Networks is the operator of the South Australian electricity distribution network, delivering electricity from the high voltage transmission network connection points through a network of around 87,500 kilometres of power lines to 850,000 residential and business customers throughout South Australia. SA Power Networks were looking for a compact monochrome portable printer to be distributed throughout their fleet of on- road service agents for the purpose of accessing and printing construction standards while in the field. This field team had to spend a lot of time completing administration duties in the office which reduced their efficiency in-field.
