PROJECT PROFILE Project Overview The former Royal Eye Hospital is a Grade II listed building, and was one of the first hospitals to be built in Manchester. Although the Oxford Road frontage still stands, the rear section of the old building was demolished in 2009 to make way for a new biomedical centre called Citylabs.
