Rose Rock Trenton Terminal and Pipeline Project PROJECT During Phase 1, KLJ provided engineering and design of an upgraded crude oil terminal facility with the addition of pumping and metering buildings. Phase 2 continued with the addition of a pipeline from the existing Rose Rock terminal to the Dakota Access Pipeline facility located nearby. The pipeline crossed Highway 1804 and two other facilities before reaching the Dakota Access Pipeline facility. SOLUTION KLJ performed the preliminary process verification of Rose Rock’s predefined process flow requirements. Site and civil plans were developed based upon Rose Rock’s approved facility arrangement. These plans were utilized in conjunction with other pertinent information to lead the permitting efforts for this facility retrofit design
