Rochester General Hospital Sands- Constellation Center for Critical Care Rochester, New York Rochester General, the ?agship facility among the ?ve hospitals in Rochester Regional Health, is expanding with the addition of the new, 312,000 SF, seven-story Sands-Constellation Center for Critical Care. The Center will expand and enhance the services currently o?ered and will include a state-of-the-art perioperative platform with 20 operating rooms. The Center will also include 108 private acuity-adaptable patient rooms, a special care nursery, new labor and delivery rooms, private post-partum beds, and other support services.
