With a mission to promote sustainable living and educate youth, they wanted to find a way to provide clean drinking water to staff while reducing the number of single-use plastic bottles on the farm. CHALLENGE Like so many people all over the world, Riverland depended on bottled water as the main supply of drinking water on the farm. A more sustainable solution was needed to not only provide drinking water to employees, but also to demonstrate an eco-friendly way of life to the students who visit the farm on weekly field trips to learn about sustainable farming and see environmental responsibility in action.
